Janet Whitelaw-Jones
Director
I’m an experienced facilitator, strategist, evaluator and community builder with over 25 years’ experience in global social impact.
I help purpose-driven organisations navigate complexity, align their strategy, and deliver meaningful change.
I work across sectors including health, climate, advocacy, philanthropy and human rights — supporting INGOs, funders, networks and coalitions at pivotal moments of transformation.
My work focuses on strategic development, Theory of Change, MEL frameworks and organisational learning.
I bring people together for high-trust, participatory conversations that help teams reconnect with their purpose, clarify their direction, and make better decisions.
I’m known for combining big-picture systems thinking with practical tools and a grounded, human-centred approach.
Whether I’m facilitating a leadership retreat, designing a MEL system, or guiding a funder — my goal is always the same: to make complexity easier to work with, and strategy easier to act on.
