We help you articulate what you want to do. And how to get there.
With decades of experience working in and for NGOs, the private sector, and public bodies, we bring critical thinking and a rapid appreciation of your organisational culture and strategic direction. We listen, ask questions and translate this engagement and insight into moving your organisation closer to where you want to be.
Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning
We help you identify and measure your impact.
We help you identify the positive impact of your work, as well as the unintended consequences. We ask the right questions, listen to your experiences, interpret findings, and analyse the implications for your organisation. We recommend how to embed learning across your teams. We understand what good evaluation looks like. We carry out evaluations, retrospectives, reviews and assessments on a regular basis.
Based on this, we help you figure out the next steps for your organisation so that you can lead your team in the right direction.
Writing for Impact
We teach your team how to get the response they seek.
I have over 20 years’ experience in international development and social impact within NGOs and the private sector. My main focus is organisational and business development. I help organisations articulate what they do and how they are going to do that. Developing partnerships and participatory approaches are foundational to my work. Building and leading strong teams and making great things happen are my strengths.
I am an experienced project manager with an entrepreneurial spirit and a strong commercial mind, keen to make a positive change in society.

I have over 15 years experience working in international public health - in consulting and operational roles across the public, private, and not-for-profit sectors. My main focus is monitoring, evaluation, and learning. I enjoy connecting with diverse groups, listening to different perspectives to understand challenges and needs. I also enjoy the analysis and reflection process that can lead to clarity and consensus.
I believe human-centred, health, and wellbeing approaches are important in all that we do to enhance sustainability and resilience outcomes.

We bring a strong combined skill set covering strategy and organisational development with monitoring, evaluation and learning.
Here are some examples of our work.
Mid Term Evaluation of the UNAIDS Gender Action Plan
We carried out a Mid Term Evaluation of the UNAIDS Gender Action Plan 2018-2023. The Evaluation took stock of what has been achieved; assessed what remained relevant and documented notable organisational developments and changes related to the Action Plan. We explored options to achieve the commitments and targets in the remainder of the implementation period.
MEL with the International AIDS Society (IAS)
We enjoyed working with IAS HIV Programmes and Advocacy colleagues again, to review and develop a team bank of strategic indicators, monitoring tool and MEL guidance. The team are using these tools to support more coherent and systematic analysis and presentation of the varied and meaningful impacts they achieve. Support for this work is ongoing.
Transition and Scale-up planning with UNITAID project AIRE
May 2021-May 2022
We are working with AIRE teams in Burkina Faso, Mali, Niger and Guinea to develop transition and scale up plans for the project AIRE. AIRE is piloting easy-to-use pulse oximeters in primary health care settings in the four countries. AIRE aims to support and accompany country partners to improve the detection of severely ill infants, ultimately seeking to reduce child mortality.
MEL with the International Aids Society (IAS)
August 2020-December 2020
We worked with IAS to strengthen their M&E tools, methods and practices focusing on the Paediatric and Young People portfolio. We designed an evaluation framework and delivered training in Theory of Change, Change Pathways Process, and Results Frameworks. We ran a series of interactive online workshops to ensure alignment with the organisational strategy and to make sure that each team member could locate themselves and their work in the Theory of Change.
Evaluation of UNAIDS Technical Support Mechanism (TSM) Evaluation
December 2019-March 2020
This evaluation focused on the efficiency and effectiveness of the Technical Support Mechanism and included an in-depth review of organisational practices within the TSM. It was an excellent opportunity to understand key global and regional challenges in meeting Fast Track Targets, as well as positive practice within different HIV thematic areas being experienced in the different regions.
External evaluation for Agence Francaise de Developpement (AfD) funded “Empowerment of users for good-quality HIV Care” Solthis’ project in Sierra Leone
This project was designed to strengthen primary health care HIV and AIDS service provision while empowering PLWHIV to access these services in and around Freetown, Sierra Leone. We carried out a formative external evaluation to inform the next phase of the project. We gained an in depth understanding of acute levels of stigma and discrimination, as well as poverty-related challenges facing PLWHIV in accessing basic health services.
Internal review of the Independent Commission on AID Impact (ICAI), HEART
This review sought to understand ‘what’ had been achieved in terms of impact, ‘where’ impact had been achieved and learning related to ‘how’ ICAI achieved this. The review report contributed to internal thinking around how to work more efficiently for greater impact and VFM. We also reviewed the Theory of Change to check its alignment with ICAI's mission.
This project involved a strategic review and validation of the organisational approach to monitoring, evaluation and impact evaluation. We reviewed the logframe and Theory of Change and ensured congruity with the organisation's mission.
